"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I'm really irritated by the fact that i have to select certain categories just so that the site will accept smaller photos? I have about 200 pictures waiting to be fully uploaded but i can't seem to find any category that will work for them. what gives? anyway...other than that I'm sorta getting the hang of this deviantART thing.
